On July 9, 2024, the IPMA YoungCrew community celebrated a significant milestone by hosting our very first “YoungCrew Embrace” workshop. This inaugural event, titled “The Art of Effective Feedback,” was expertly led by Valerie Rapatz from YoungCrew Austria and brought together 30 participants from various countries around the globe.

Valerie, a professional coach and consultant specializing in personal development and team dynamics, brought her extensive experience to the workshop. Her approach to coaching is rooted in creating meaningful connections and fostering growth, making her the perfect leader for a workshop on feedback. Valerie’s insights and practical strategies were not only informative but also deeply engaging, leaving participants with valuable takeaways they can apply in both their personal and professional lives.

The workshop was an interactive experience, with participants actively engaging in discussions and activities designed to deepen their understanding of effective feedback. The outcome was not just theory-based; we also gathered a wealth of feedback on how to improve YoungCrew activities and enhance networking within our community.

This global gathering highlighted the strength and unity within the IPMA YoungCrew community, offering a platform for members to exchange ideas, learn from one another, and build connections that transcend geographical boundaries.
