The IPMA Young Crew Project Management Championship Latin America (PMC LatNet) was organized in Panama City, Panama from 21st to 23rd March 2025. This is an event that has been organized annually for 9 years and has a sister event in the other side of the Atlantic ocean, called International PMC with European and Asian countries participating.

PMC is a project management competition for teams consisting of university students. First each team participates in qualification round, then each country has national finals for their best teams, and finally the best team of each nation competes in international finals.

This year PMC LatNet had 4 countries participating; Panama, the winner for last time, and Bolivia, Colombia and Peru. Teams completed a written exam and prepared and presented their oral presentation of a case project. The jury consisting of senior project professionals assessed each assignment against best practices pf project management and finally the qinner was concluded.

This year we congratulate Colombia for first place in PMC LatNet! It was a pleasure to see how all of the teams presented outstanding quality of work under severe time pressure. Such is the life of a PM professional often, and the competition was not easy.

All of the participants can feel very proud of themselves.
