Sign in: When you login using Google or LinkedIn account, we collect your name and email.

Profile: You may add a profile picture, short bio and social media links. You have the right to choose the amount of data publicly shown in your profile, including your email address. If you do not agree to share the email address will never be displayed publicly and is stored in the internal database of IPMA Event App users visible only to IPMA. Personal data will not be sold to or shared with other third parties.

Conference Participation: We collect details about the sessions you attend and feedback you provide.

2.2 Information We Collect Automatically

Usage Data: We track how you interact with the app, including the features you use and the content you view.

Device Information: We collect data about your device, such as type, operating system, and IP address.

Location: With your permission, we may collect your device’s location to improve your experience.

As soon as your personal data are no longer required, they will be anonymized, to the extent possible. In general, shorter retention periods of no more than twelve months apply for operational data (e.g., system logs). If you delete your account while the event is still active, your account will be automatedly anonymized, but the comments which you might publish will stay at the Application as posted by Anonymous user.

The personal data controller is IPMA, which processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR.

Access and Update: You can update your information through your profile settings.

Location Tracking: You can disable location services in your device settings.

We keep your information as long as needed to provide our services and comply with legal obligations.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our app is not for a person under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If we learn we have, we will delete it.
