This month brings us good news on the 6th edition of Global PM Days devoted to the topic of Negotiation!
Global PM Days conference is a 2-day online event on project management bringing together world-class speakers to support the growth of young PM professionals and students interested in project management by boosting their personal and interpersonal competences.
It’s a conference that is held twice a year in an interactive online format bringing together 500+ attendees from 50+ countries. The focus of the conference is on the project management people’s competences of IPMA ICB®, the IPMA Competence Baseline, and topics related to them.
The 6th edition takes place on the 28-29th of May 2022, introducing an interactive approach to the format of participation. A high level of negotiation skills takes practice and good knowledge. That’s why in the course of the conference we will have 15 keynotes, panel discussions, as well as interactive networking sessions with prepared activities to practice.
The keynotes will be focused on the important skills and knowledge around negotiation:
- Negotiation theories, techniques and tactics;
- Phases in negotiations;
- Analysis of cultural aspects and tactics;
- Identification of the desired outcomes;
- Establishing and maintaining the trust and positive working relationships.
What else to expect:
- networking with like-minded people;

- a digital proof of participation;
- 10 CPD for IPMA (re)certification.
