Third IPMA Delta Certification 2019 Kazakhstan

The certification was organized by Kazakhstan Project Management Association (KPMA), the national association of IPMA in Kazakhstan and conducted by Svetlana Murzabekova as Lead Assessor and Sergey Bushuyev International Assessor. They were accompanied by Maira Khussainova Director of Kazakhstan Project Management Association as Co-Assessor. The on-site visit was performed on December 23 and 24 2019 on KGNT head office in Almaty. During the two days of the visit, an intensive schedule with members of the Top-Management team, project managers and staff members were completed successfully.

The client was granted an IPMA Delta® “managed” certificate. There are fully defined PP&P standards, structures and processes in place, which are fully applied throughout the organization, which the Management actively controls.
