Acting Deputy Prime Minister of the Sakhalin region Vyacheslav Vladimirovich Alenkov is a Perspective stream key speaker at the 32nd IPMA World Congress. The topic of his presentation is “Practical synergy of digital technology, lean technology and project management for fast governance decision making”.
Extensive experience in complex projects in the nuclear power industry, management of information technology development, practice in implementing lean technologies in order to obtain a platform to accelerate decision making management processes.

Projects:
The project of ASE Group of companies “Construction of Power Unit No. 3 of the Rostov Nuclear Power Plant” was recognized as the outstanding project of the year, receiving Silver in the IPMA Project Excellence AWARDS 2017 in the Mega-project category.
Joint-stock company ASE Engineering Company, Nizhniy Novgorod became the first and so far the only one in Russia, that received a certificate of compliance with the 4th class of competence in the field of project management from the International Project Management Association IPMA. The assessment and certification were carried out against the IPMA Delta® model.
