IPMA World Congress 2025 Agreement Signed: A Landmark in Global Project Management

IPMA announces the formal signing of the agreement for the IPMA World Congress 2025, a momentous event in the field of global project management. This agreement was signed by IPMA President Mladen Vukomanovic, IPMA Executive Director Amin Saidoun, and Peter Thuy, the President of GPM, the hosting organization.

The IPMA World Congress 2025 will be hosted by GPM, the IPMA Project Management Association in Germany and one of the founding members of IPMA, from 17 to 19 September 2025. The event coincides with the celebration of IPMA’s 60th Anniversary, marking six decades of global leadership and excellence in modern project management.

As the cradle of modern project management since 1965, IPMA has shaped the foundations of this discipline, pioneering approaches and standards that have set the global benchmark for excellence in project management. Since its establishment, IPMA has led the development of methodologies that have transformed industries worldwide, advancing the profession into a strategic, value-driving force across sectors.
