Reinhard Wagner
Based on more than 30 years of experience in the field of projects, programmes and project portfolios, Reinhard Wagner is an advisor to the executive management of large, international corporations in the optimisation of project management. As managing director of Tiba Managementberatung GmbH in Munich, he has been advocating the adaptive organisation for several years already, i.e. the synergetic relationship between agile and traditionally oriented corporate structures. Over the last 20 years he has played a major role in the development of respective standards at DIN, ISO and also IPMA, amongst others the IPMA Organizational Competence Baseline (IPMA OCB).

Arkad Kuhnle
Arkad Kuhnle works at Atos IT Solutions and Services GmbH in Austria as Quality Management Head in the Infrastructure and Data Management CEE area. In this function, Kuhnle is responsible for the development of quality management and the improvement of processes in the ATOS company within CEE and at its customers. In 2000 he passed his IPMA® Level B certification and starting from 2002 worked as a Projekt Management Austria (pma) assessor. Arkad Kuhnle was also a member of the pma board from 2002 to 2006 and has held this position again since 2018. His responsibility on the board concerns everything to do with IPMA certifications in Austria. He also heads the pma Scheme Committee and represents pma in the Certification System Panel of the IPMA. He has also been certified as an Agile Leader IPMA® Level C since 2020. Furthermore he holds a valid certificate as ISO 9001 internal auditor.

Serving as IPMA Vice President, Chairman and Member of the IPMA CVMB,
President and Board Member of the Swiss Project Management Association.
Working as Assessor and Validator in more than 20 countries and Member of the IPMA Validation Management project and CCT and IPMA Delta project.
