The Communiqué from the IPMA Council of Delegates (CoD) meeting in Seville, Spain, September 2023

The International Project Management Association (IPMA) is a federation of 70 member nations, that collaborate to promote competence in project, programme, and portfolio management across all sectors and engage stakeholders worldwide in advancing the discipline.

After the latest IPMA CoD meeting held on September 23-24, 2023, in Seville, there was a communiqué issued, addressing a relevant topic of “The FOBO Effect in a BANI World and the Project Society”.
