The GPM celebrates its 40th birthday in 2019 – Join us in the celebrations!

Over the past decades, 70,000 people were certified according to the IPMA project management standards by GPM. These 70,000 people integrate the values and ethical guidelines – such as responsibility, competence and integrity – that GPM requires project managers into their projects not only in Germany but worldwide.

In addition to that, over 8,000 members, from a variety of businesses, universities and public institutions contribute through their daily work to the professionalisation and further development of project management. GPM provides the knowledge which is generated in this unique network through strong alliances and solidarity to society.

GPM celebrates its anniversary year with several campaigns, including the online campaign #40JahreGPM. In three categories “milestones”, “shaping the future” and “faces of GPM” the campaign offers exciting insights into the association. The “milestones” recall all the important events that made GPM to what it is today while the people that showed their face for the campaign stand in place for the diversity of the association and its members. In “shaping the future” members and associates outline the visions for a future with project management.
