3rd edition of Global PM Days – Leadership

The 3rd edition of the Global PM Days will take place on the 28th and 29th of November 2020 and will have its focus on the topic of Leadership.
The conference will convene leading experts from the project profession to discuss various aspects of the Leadership competence of ICB4. Taking initiative and ownership, showing commitment, providing direction, coaching and mentoring, exerting influence and power, making and enforcing decisions are the topics that will be covered.
In addition to insightful keynotes and vivid panel discussion, the event will offer a possibility of online interaction and networking.
