Good news – quite rare these days – right at the beginning: We are still here for you! pma certification remain possible! Even if we are not physically present, pma certification exams (all levels) take place exclusively online in the near future – all in accordance with the requirements of the Austrian Federal Government. We have established a rather easy and reliable procedure for both assessors and candidates.

Hello, virtual realms!
Our solution in a nutshell: All candidates need – apart from their willingness to perform online – high-speed internet access, a quiet place at home and a no-cheating-mindset. In order to ensure controlled test conditions, video conferencing tools are a prerequisite.
Even for events on-site, we switch to online solutions. As soon as it is possible again, we will continue the on-site certification operation offline again – under the recommended conditions and hygiene measures. But for now – hello virtual realms!

Time to practice
Even if it might not be easy now, we should try to remain calm and soothe the “monkey mind” – perhaps while reading project management books. Surely, you also have this one book on your reading list that has been waiting for a long time, right? Perhaps also the overdue documents for re-certification are waiting to be prepared? Or you now find the time to reflect on your projects, to polish up PM competencies or to appreciate past successes. A positive attitude is supposed to boost the immune system anyway!
I don’t mean to underestimate the emotional efforts we all have to take in order to cope with this situation. Yet there is no sense in giving up. So let us not get discouraged. As project managers, we are used to getting the best out of unfamiliar or challenging situations. Now is the time to practice. Even if we had wished otherwise.
