Call for Paper for ProMAC2018 in Thailand started
ProMAC has been organized since 2002 by SPM, the Society of Project Management in Japan (Member of IPMA). This conference will follow its rich history of bringing together thought leaders from academia and industry to discuss the theory and practice of project, program, portfolio, organization and systems management, including the latest global trends and developments. Besides a selection of eminent speakers, there will be an impressive array of speakers to talk about a range of hot issues. In addition, there is an excellent social/networking program planned, which has traditionally been part of ProMAC conferences. Gain fresh insights from participating in this event and take away warm memories with you.
ProMAC 2018 is the 12th International Conference on Project Management. It´s the second conference held in Thailand. It aims at bringing together practitioners, leaders and researchers to discuss on project related topics as well as management philosophies.
The Call for Paper started and welcomes original manuscripts that are not under consideration by another journal. The article subjects must be pertinent to the project management. Manuscripts published in the proceedings of the ProMAC 2018 become the sole property of the Society of the Project Management.
Topics of interests include, but are not limited to:
A: All subjects of Project, Program and Portfolio Management:
A-1) Applications for Government and Social Infrastructures, for example Power Plant and Civil Engineering,
A-2) Environment and Renewable Energy as well as Climate Change (Green Project),
A-3) Regional/International Collaborations,
A-4) Agile and other Advanced Development Methodologies and Techniques.
B: Theoretical and Practical Approach to PM Knowledge Areas.
C: Standardization of Project, Program and Portfolio Management and Related Management.
D: PM Training and Education.
E: Management for Software, Information System, Construction, R&D, and other subject Areas.

Reinhard Wagner has been active for more than 30 years in the field of project- related leadership, in such diverse sectors as Air Defense, Automotive Engineering, and Machinery, as well as various not-for-profit organizations. As a Certified Projects Director (IPMA Level A), he has proven experience in managing projects, programmes and project portfolios in complex and dynamic contexts. He is also an IPMA Certified Programme and Portfolio Management Consultant, and as such supports senior executives in developing and improving their organizational competence in managing projects. For more than 15 years, he has been actively involved in the development of project, programme and portfolio management standards, for example as Convenor of the ISO 21500 “Guidance on Project Management” and the ISO 21503 “Guidance on Programme Management”. Reinhard Wagner is Past President of IPMA and Chairman of the Council, Honorary Chairman of GPM (the German Project Management Association), as well as Managing Director of Tiba Managementberatung GmbH.
