How to Request Personal Data Removal from the IPMA Event App

If you would like to have your collected data deleted, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to info@ipma.world
2. Set the subject line as Event APP – Remove Personal Data Request.
3. Specify which data you want to be deleted and provide the email address you used to register.

Data Retention Policy

All user data will be kept one year after the conference. After one year, all user data will be permanently deleted.

Data Collected

By registering for the IPMA Event application, the following data will be stored in the IPMA database:

1. Email address
2. First name and last name

Timeline for Data Deletion

Upon receiving a data deletion request, we will process your request within 15 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
