Project Management in the Era of ESG: Realizing Benefits and Overcoming Challenges
International Project Management Day is celebrated annually on the first Thursday of November and is all about appreciating the important role project managers play in our societies. The project management profession is constantly challenged by constant contextual changes. In the 21st century these changes are exponentially developing. Issues such as sustainability, social responsibility, governance, agility, and artificial intelligence are now the perspective of project managers.
In his recent article, Prof. Dr. Jiwat Ram is experimenting with the prompting strategy into the LLMs and reflecting on the benefits of such interactions that the project managers and entrepreneurs could use for their business purposes.
In this article, Prof. Dr. Jiwat Ram looked at responsible versus responsive PM and proposed a framework to achieve the goals of responsible and responsive PM.
The utility and applications of large language models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT are growing with every passing day.
